When Justin Bieber showed up to receive an award from Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper, his accomplishments weren’t what people were talking about. No, the major buzz of the day focused on Justin’s wardrobe. A lot of people thought he was dressed way to casually for the occasion (he showed up in laid back overalls, a backwards hat and bright yellow shoes). Plus, Justin seemed well aware of what he was doing with his fashion choices. He even Instagrammed a selfie of the look with the caption, “I hope you hate my style.” What’s your verdict?
