Remember last year’s Oscars? Jennifer Lawrence won the Academy Award for Best Actress…and had one of her biggest OMG moments ever. One her way up to the stage to accept her big award, Jen tripped! She’s finally explaining exactly what REALLY happened to make her fall, and the story is adorably J-Law-y.

“I was at the Oscars, waiting to hear if my name was called, and I kept thinking, ‘Cakewalk, cakewalk, cakewalk.’ I thought, Why is ‘cakewalk’ stuck in my head? And then, as I started to walk up the stairs and the fabric from my dress tucked under my feet, I realized my stylist had told me, ‘Kick, walk, kick, walk,'” Jen told W magazine. “You are supposed to kick the dress out while you walk, and I totally forgot because I was thinking about cake! And that’s why I fell.”

So there you have it: Jennifer fell at the Oscars because she was thinking about cake! Now we’re thinking about cake – and how much we love Jen. What do you think of the true story behind Jen’s OMG moment? Tell us in the comments!
