Ashton Irwin got fans talking when he tweeted, “Dying to make an acoustic version of Sounds Good Feels Good,” back in May.

There hasn’t been a peep about it since, but that hasn’t stopped fans from asking 5 Seconds of Summer about the possible project. Straight off of the European leg of their Sounds Live Feels Live Tour, Ashton and Luke finally addressed the question: “Will we get an acoustic version of Sounds Good Feels Good?”

“You will when we get time to record it,” Ashton promised.

With their upcoming North American and Australian legs of Sounds Live Feels Live and a brand new single, we don’t know when the band will have time, but we can work with this answer.

“Maybe not the whole thing – some,” Luke clarified, which Ashton agreed with.

Though we’d rather have the entire record acoustically, we’ll take what we can get!
