But there’s a solution! The new iOS 10 promises a good night’s sleep, all thanks to an updated Clock app.

The Bedtime feature is like the alarm clock you never knew you needed. Scroll over to ‘Bedtime Options,’ enter the amount of sleep you want, and you’ll receive gentle reminders before you hit the sheets.

Even better? The “night mode” theme changes the screen to black with white text, making things easier on your eyes. No more squinting!

And there’s a whole new set of ringtones, so you’ll never have to wake up to the sound of a xylophone again. Way to go, Apple!

If you’re ready for the upgrade, activate ‘Night Shift’ by sliding up from the bottom of the home screen and tapping the sun and moon icon.
