Anxiety is no joke. It can come out of nowhere – the result of sudden or drastic changes – or build up over time and really affect your life.

“I like to take myself out of the situation where I’m feeling anxious,” Zoella revealed. “I get quite anxious around big crowds. So for me, the best thing to do is get outside in the fresh air, look up at the sky, and tell myself, ‘You are not trapped. Nothing is smothering you.'”
We agree that perspective usually helps most troubling situations, but it is hard to deal in the moment! Try to make time and find a way to relax – by going for a run, taking a bath, or writing in a journal. These small diversions are great ways of getting past ‘school-night scaries’.
