We all know that Zayn dumped his former flame via text message, but it turns out the whole ordeal was more dramatic than we thought.
The Little Mix star recently dished to U.K.’s Heart Radio on the phone call from Zayn that literally brought her to her knees in an airport. So awful!
“I was at the airport and I got an awful phone call…from someone. And then…I just…what did I…I just remember screaming in the airport.”
Losing control in public is never a pretty sight, but thankfully bandmates Jesy Nelson and Jade Thirwall never left her side.
Jesy was on paparazzi duty because this was definitely not a time for photos.
“We literally just made a little shell huddle around her so that no one could see her and we were like, ‘It’s OK, just let it out.'”
Perrie referred to herself as a “woman possessed” and thought she was going to “explode,” but none of those things happened. Whew!
