It’s been nearly three months since Disney Channel cancelled ‘Girl Meets World‘ and we’re still drying our tears!
Of course we read Rowan Blanchard’s farewell note to the cast, but we’ve always wondered how she felt about saying goodbye to character Riley Mathews. Surprisingly, the 15-year-old activist isn’t as sad as you might think:
“I feel good about it now in the sense that, as much as I loved my Girl Meets World family, working for the Disney Channel is stressful, and I have more freedom to do what I want and talk about what I want without feeling inhibited,” she spilled.
All of that “freedom” includes a role in the upcoming film, ‘A Wrinkle In Time,’ guest-starring on ‘The Goldbergs,’ and walking in plenty of fashion shows!
