Shawn Mendes is gearing up for the best summer of his life!
The 18-year-old “There’s Nothing Holdin’ Me Back” singer is hitting the road with Charlie Puth for the North American leg of his ‘Illuminate’ tour, and we’re counting down the days until July 6th! Shawn is so pumped to share the stage with his best bro:
“He’s such a professional and a really cool guy,” he spilled. “And an incredible writer-producer. He’ll be really cool to work with.”
We’re crossing our fingers for a duet, and Shawn said fans are in for a wild ride:
“I wanted something that told a story…to create a production that makes it better but isn’t more than the music. For songs like “Ruin,” we have these beautiful doves flying around and it literally feels you’re inside of a movie.”
