He’s mixing it up a little!
Charlie Puth, whose music video for “See You Again” just broke the record for the most viewed video (ever!) on YouTube, says that fans are sure to see a change in his sophomore album. Unlike his first album, “Voice Notes” won’t be filled with typical love songs.
In a recent interview, the singer and songwriter opened up about his decision to shift his music in a different direction, lyrically:
“No more love ballads. That was people nudging me in a direction that I didn’t want to go in…not that they don’t mean that much to me, it’s that they weren’t me. Those songs weren’t me.”
