Selena Gomez is getting REAL!
Time magazine gave the “Bad Liar” singer a cover for becoming the first person to reach 100 million Instagram followers, and now she’s using her platform to speak out on the power of social media.
The singer admitted that she can’t imagine what it’s like to be a kid in an increasingly connected world. Kids feel pressured to constantly update their feeds, but Sel urges her fans to show their true colors.
“That’s why I like being vulnerable with my fans on social media,” she revealed. “I like that they’ve seen my mistakes. I try to use that as a way to connect with them. Strength is being vulnerable.”
