Check out what the Disney Channel darlings shared about their plans for this week’s celebrations.
TigerBeat: What is your favorite Thanksgiving dish?
Peyton: My favorite Thanksgiving dish has to be the mashed potatoes. My sister and I would eat them every day if we could!!
Asher: Turkey and mashed potatoes.
Sofia: I’m vegan and only eat gluten free products so my favorite Thanksgiving dishes include mashed potatoes, gluten free stuffing and corn.
Joshua: My family makes a homemade cranberry sauce that’s been passed down generation after generation for Thanksgiving.
Emily: Sweet potatoes, butter, and brown sugar mashed together with melted mini marshmallows on top!
TigerBeat: What is your favorite Thanksgiving tradition?
Peyton: My favorite Thanksgiving tradition is going over to our family friends’ house. My dad’s best friend from when he was little lives just a few blocks from us. My siblings and I are all close to their family and friends. We have been going to their house annually for almost my entire life.
Being with all of my close friends and family is the best part of my Thanksgiving.
Asher: My dad spends the entire day preparing our Thanksgiving feast. The smells get better as the day goes on. All the kids play outside, swimming, playing sports and having lots of fun until we all sit as a family and eat dinner. My dad loves to cut the turkey for everyone to see. We all laugh at him – and he likes that. Then, before we eat, everyone get a chance to say what they are thankful for.
Sofia: My favorite Thanksgiving tradition is carving the turkey. My sister and I are in charge of carving the turkey each year.
Joshua: Our family goes to my best friend Max’s house every Thanksgiving. They realized we didn’t have any family in LA to be with and took us in. Now we’re members of the family. We eat a lot of food, watch football together and the kids all play basketball.
Emily: Going for a Thanksgiving hike with my cousins at sunset followed by Thanksgiving dinner with the extended family!
