It’s a family affair!
Yesterday, Nick Jonas revealed that he was absolutely floored by his Best Original Song Golden Globe nomination for “Home” from animated movie ‘Ferdinand,’ but he isn’t the only one celebrating! The singer-songwriter’s entire family is on cloud nine after finding out about the exciting news. In a recent interview, Nick even admitted that his mom was brought to tears! Too cute!
“I called them…right away when I found out the news and my parents got on FaceTime. My mom was crying. It was a sweet moment.”
But there’s one person in particular who’s extremely proud of Nick — his older brother and fellow musician, Joe Jonas! Not only did he take to Instagram for the premiere of Jumanji, Nick’s latest project, but he also took a moment before hitting the red carpet to share his heartfelt words with the possible Golden Globe winner.
“He grabbed the back of my head and said, ‘Listen, I love you, I’m proud of you. This is a big moment — enjoy tonight.’ It felt good.”
This isn’t the first time that the Jonases have been uber supportive of one another! They did the same thing when Joe announced his engagement to actress Sophie Turner.
