The model helped Zayn celebrate turning 25 by looking back on some of their happiest moments and telling the world how proud she is to be by his side.
“Love this man more than I could ever put into words, and am inspired by his drive to be and do better everyday,” she wrote.
Zayn also got a birthday shout out from his former One Direction band mate Liam Payne. So far no word from the other guys, but the day is young!
