It’s so easy to get caught up in the world of social media when so much of our lives happen online. But Kendall Jenner– whose every move is followed by upwards of 85 million fans- is sharing tips on how to stop the online world from taking over your life and having negative effects on your mental health.
The 22-year-old model and reality star opened up in a new interview with Harper’s Bazaar about how she keeps her relationship with social media healthy and balanced.
“Lately I’ve just tried to stay off it, and I definitely don’t look at comments,” she said. “I think Instagram is still a fun place for the most part. I like going on and seeing what people are up to, but I mostly follow stupid accounts with pictures of puppies and little baby animals and people saving animals.”
Kendall draws the line at Twitter, though. She says the site just isn’t worth the drama anymore.
“Forget about Twitter, which is so not fun these days,” she said. “It just makes me sad.”
