We HAVE to talk about ‘A Wrinkle in Time‘!
Disney’s newest movie has a cast full of celebs, but it introduces a new young actress on the scene, Storm Reid. The 14-year-old plays main character Meg Murray, who is on the search for her father when he goes missing after discovering a new planet!
Based off a book with the same name, Storm had a lot of research to do before taking on the role! Check out what Storm had to say, in a recent interview, about taking on this iconic character:
“I really looked at Meg in the book. I didn’t look at the previous A Wrinkle in Time movie. I wrote ideas down from the book, but I didn’t really want to copy that Meg. We’re the same, but we’re different, at the same time. I wanted to make myself Meg. I didn’t want to use somebody else or use a reference. The main things that people love and know about the book, I want to have those things, but I still want to have my own little quirks.”
