In case you missed it, following the mega-success this summer’s breakout rom-com, “To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before,” Netflix premiered it’s film based off another Young Adult novel, “Dumplin” on Friday, and fans just can’t get enough!
The coming-of-age flick — starring Dove Cameron and Danielle Macdonald — follows Willowdean, nicknamed Dumplin’, the plus-size teenage daughter of a former beauty queen, as she signs up for her mom’s Miss Teen Bluebonnet pageant as a protest that escalates when other contestants follow her footsteps, revolutionizing the pageant and their small Texas town.
SAME MADDIE. Thank you to everyone watching & loving #Dumplin! Was so so fortunate to get to be a part of this ❤️❤️ https://t.co/SBlci5n8OU

#Dumplin on Netflix is literally the MOST WHOLESOME MOVIE I HAVE SEEN IN A LONG TIME. If you’re in the mood for a pick me up and a movie where you will full on cry at least 7 times. Look no further.

#Dumplin was more than just your average beauty pageant movie. It was self love in all its forms. It was finding friendships you didn’t know you needed. It was a bond between mother and daughter. Its finding love within yourself to fully love another. It was all of it.
