Thanks to my mama for teaching me that being gentle is not weak. Hard work is essential. Ambitious and bitchy are two separate things. No ladder is worth climbing if you sacrifice your dignity. And that beauty doesn’t fade with age. Thank you to my husband for teaching me that there isn’t any shame in accepting help. Thank you to my girl gang (you know who you are) for believing in me when I don’t always feel like believing in myself. And thank you to the world for teaching me that ever step, every challenge, every chapter is worth working towards a better life for the little girls that come after us. #happyinternationalwomensday we are born equal, we die equal, we shall live equal ♥️ #internationalwomensday

To fully tap into our girl power we’ve got to send some love to our bodies on the daily. Too often as women we tend to prioritize everyone and everything else first…whether it be school, our jobs, to-do lists, friends/family, or even movements we are passionate about…we forget about ourselves in the process. Last year, I did that a lot. I didn’t share about it. But I learned from it and now deeply cherish setting limits for my mental, physical, and spiritual well-being more than ever. We’ve got to prioritize this in order to protect our power. Grateful to have a @vitamix blender that is just as powerful to help me get in the nourishment I need ⚡️ ___ ✧ Sharing this special Pink Power Shake recipe (below) with y’all because it’s absolutely delicious and is loaded with plant power & created for women’s health. All health benefits are on my stories! Wishing you the happiest #InternationalWomensDay and hope you get to celebrate and nurture the amazing women in your life and the amazing woman that you are! ⚡️⚡️⚡️ ___ ✧ RECIPE: PINK POWER SHAKE INGREDIENTS: * 1/2 cup frozen raspberries or cherries * 1/2 cup frozen strawberries * 1/2 cup frozen banana slices * 2 tablespoons almond butter * 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup * 2 tablespoons rolled oats * 1 1/2-2 cups oat milk * 2 teaspoons beet powder * 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal * 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon HOW-TO: ✧ Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender like @vitamix 🙂 Add 1 1/2 cups of milk first, then add more if needed to change the consistency. Blend until smooth and creamy! Enjoy and share with a friend! #ad

this day we should remember all the strong women that fought day and night to make a difference in the future. If we’re talking the music industry, Some producers I look up to today are: @wondagurl @trakgirl @elviraanderfjard We have a long way to go. NO woman has ever won a Grammy for best producer of the year. Here’s to more female producers, engineers, managers, and so on. As @typjace said, empowered women empower women! Also I just wanna say I am so lucky and happy to be a part of @2112entertainmentgroup and to be surrounded by hardworking talented women like @loleneofficial and @vendelahyde . You guys make me feel strong, empowered, and like anything is possible if I work hard. X
