Beauty and lifestyle YouTuber, Aspyn Ovard, partnered up with Tarte Cosmetics to create the PERFECT summer eye and cheek palette! We couldn’t be more obsessed!
In order to celebrate the launch of her collaboration, Tarte threw Aspyn an amazing party and invited all her friends!
