Brynn Elliott is getting real with her latest single!
The 24-year-old rising star, and recent Harvard graduate, just dropped the lyric video for the latest single off her debut EP “Time of Our Lives” and we are obsessed. The song, titled “Internet You,” is an oh-so-relatable bop for anyone living in the age of technology.
Singing about friendships and relationships online, Brynn – who’s gearing up to join boyband Why Don’t We on their upcoming “8 Letters” Tour – isn’t holding back her true feelings about what it’s like trying to have a relationship with someone you met on the internet. In a recent interview, she opened up about what this song means to her saying it was written about different experiences she’s had while being a young adult in the digital age. “We spend so much time curating images online that we forget to put that same energy into our real everyday lives and relationships. I’ve experienced this in myself and in dating. It’s also something I talk quite a bit about with my friends.”
