Chloe x Halle are about to be your new favorite duo!
During the awesome premiere of Yara Shahidi‘s “grown-ish,” we were introduced to Sky and Jazz. Sky and Jazz are twin sisters in the show and are played by real life sisters, Chloe and Halle Bailey.
Along with acting, the two sisters have been performing together since 2013 as the musical duo Chloe x Halle. The duo has received loads of honors since signing to Beyonce’s Parkwood Entertainment such as being featured in Rolling Stone’s “25 Under 25,” Billboard’s “21 under 21,” named People Magazine’s One to Watch, and they were profiled on ABC News’ Nightline.
They are obviously super talented singers and can now add actresses to their resumes! However, they don’t just act in “grown-ish,” they even wrote and performed the theme song, “Grown.”
If you saw tonight’s premiere you definitely heard their new song, “The Kids Are Alright.” We can’t stop listening to this and we can’t wait to hear more music during “grown-ish!”
