The Classic Curl
It all started back in 2010 when Harry first appeared on The X Factor. His curls had us swooning from the start, as seen in this snap from November 2010, when the 1D boys attended a showing of The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader.
The Side Swoop
As the 1D boys rose to fame, Harry's hair rose to the occasion. He somehow always managed to shape the perfect side-swept swoop, as seen here at a Selfridges appearance in September 2011.
The Perfect Poof
No time for haircuts when you're on tour! Harry let his locks get longer and grow into a poof as the band continued making appearances, like this one at J & R Music World in March 2012.
The Windswept Wave
In September 2012, Harry arrived at Burberry's Spring Summer Womenswear fashion show looking wonderfully windblown.
The Quintessential Quiff
Harry's hair was immortalized on a Madame Tussaud's wax figure in April 2013. Long live those long locks!
The Hideaway Hat
For the Teen Choice Awards in August 2013, Harry tucked his growing mane under a trendy fedora.
The Sexy Sideburns
Back at Burberry for London Fashion Week in September 2013, he started to say goodbye to the quiff and hello to his next iconic 'do.
The Headband Begins
One of the first times Harry donned this famous headband was during the "1D Day" broadcast in November 2013. Who would have guessed it would become his latest iconic look?
Grease Is The Word
Harry's hair is a mile high in this snap from 1D's performance on ABC's Good Morning America in November 2013.
The Boho Band
At Radio 1's Big Weekend in May 2014, Harry went for a boho vibe with a comfy sweatshirt, his trademark headband and a head full of hair (lots and lots of hair)!
The Massive Mane
How low can he grow? It's been quite a while since Harry's last haircut, and his mane is longer than ever before, as seen in this pic from Wembley Stadium's "One Direction Bring Sunshine to Wembley" event in June 2014. Any bets on when he'll chop it off?
