The “Boombox” singer teamed up with Hybrid Apparel to launch Love Tribe, a Disney Princess-themed clothing line! The collection features cute tops and bodysuits with slogans like “Princess Squad,” and “Happily Ever After Only Exists in Books.”
We caught up with Laura exclusively to chat about her role as brand ambassador, her favorite pieces from the collection and more!
TigerBeat: What inspired you to get involved with Love Tribe?
Laura Marano: I love everything Love Tribe stands for! The clothes are fun, bold, and have an empowering message. I like to say that Love Tribe is the brand of clothing Disney princesses would wear if the stories took place today.
TigerBeat: What’s your favorite piece from the collection?
Laura Marano: I’m pretty obsessed with the body suits. There’s this gray one that says “Babes Do It Better,” and I literally wear it all the time.
TigerBeat: What was the best part of working with Love Tribe?
Laura Marano: I love when I’m working with a group of people who are so enthusiastic about the brand — it gets me even more excited, and trust me, I’m already a pretty excited person. Oh, and don’t even get me started on how cute the clothes are!
TigerBeat: Love Tribe celebrates the modern-day princess. If you could be any Disney princess, who would it be?
Laura Marano: It’s a tie between Belle and Snow White. Maybe it’s because they were brunettes, but they were always my favorites growing up!
TigerBeat: How do you want this collection with Love Tribe to empower your fans?
Laura Marano: I want my fans to feel empowered and unstoppable! They are literally such amazing people, and I don’t want them to limit themselves to the stereotypes the world sometimes present. I just want them to feel as bold as they want to feel.
