The pressure is real when you’re as big a star as Zendaya at just 21 years old, but she’s taking it all in stride.

The “Greatest Showman” actress, who also works as a producer, opened up about the tough decisions she faces in her career in a new cover interview with CR Fashion Book.

“Sometimes, as a young person in this industry, I put a lot of pressure on myself to do the right thing,” Zendaya spilled. “I think this is a flaw of mine. I get so afraid to make the wrong decisions, but I have to understand that I’m only 21 years old. I’m not going to always be perfect.”

Ok only a couple more of these

Her attitude towards facing the pressure could not be more inspiring. She’s patient with herself, allows herself to make mistakes and says she won’t let the possibility of messing up keep her from going after her dreams.

“You cannot let the fear of not being perfect stop you from doing anything at all,” she said. “I still have a lot of things left to do in my career and it’s okay to frickin’ learn from a situation and grow from it.”

SO TRUE. We’re glad she’s not letting her fear hold her back, because she has some pretty amazing things brewing for the year ahead.
