In case you missed it, Simon Cowell is a major player the music industry. Not only is well-known for his gig as a judge on reality shows such as “The X Factor” and “America’s Got Talent,” but Simon is also the owner and operator of his own record label, Syco Music, which has signed some of our favorite acts: One Direction, Little Mix, Fifth Harmony, Noah Cyrus, PRETTYMUCH, and so many more!
