Showrunner, Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, is spilling all the details about an upcoming flashback episode set to air at some point during season three. In this episode, fans will get to see all their favorite adults – like Alice Cooper and FP Jones – back in their high school days. The episode, titled “The Midnight Club,” has apparently been in the works for years, and its biggest supporter? Lili Reinhart!
“We learn about a really dark secret that the parents have been keeping since they were in high school. We’ve been teasing this for years, going back to Season 1. I call this the ‘Lili Reinhart Memorial Episode’ because she’s been wanting to do a flashback episode for years.”
We thought we were excited for season three, before, but now we can’t wait for the flashback episode of our dreams!
