Things are changing for Mariana Adams Foster!

In case you missed it, fan-favorite sisters – Mariana and Callie – are embarking on the next phase of their life by moving to Los Angeles in Freeform’s “The Fosters” upcoming spinoff series, “Good Trouble.”

In a recent interview, star of the show, Cierra Ramirez, is getting real about what fans can expect when Mariana hits our TV screens once again in 2019. From a starting a new job to finding her place in the world and everything in between, viewers of this coming-of-age series will get to see Mariana like they’ve never seen her before. Check out what the actress had to say:

“She’s going to kind of struggle this season finding her place in the tech world, as a Latina woman in tech. You’re going find her trying to fight the patriarchy but also kind of knowing her place in this work world where she’s trying to get ahead. You know Mariana doesn’t take no for an answer. If there’s something wrong in her life, she’s going to fix it. I’m excited for people to see that.”
