Amandla Stenberg To Be Honored With The Youth Innovator Award At Upcoming TrevorLIVE Gala

This is huge for Amandla Stenberg!

It was recently announced that the 20-year-old star of 2018’s breakout film “The Hate U Give” would be receiving the Youth Innovator Award at this year’s TrevorLIVE Gala on December 2nd.

In case you missed it, The Trevor Project – a nonprofit organization working to ensure that LGBTQ youth have the resources and places they need in times of crisis – puts on this gala every year to honor those who have made a huge impact in the LGBTQ community and this year, Amandla will receive the award for her work supporting the nonprofit’s mission to provide crisis intervention services.
