We’re not crying, you’re crying!

Dove Cameron just shared the emotional way she said goodbye to the “Descendants 3” set, and it’s both the most heartwarming and heartbreaking story at the same time. In a recent interview, the 23-year-old triple threat — who just dropped her debut singles “Waste” and “Bloodshot” — reminisced about wrapping on the final scene of the finale flick.

Dove, Sofia Carson and Cameron Boyce — whose legacy lives on through The Cameron Boyce Foundation — held onto the “Break This Down” set for as long as they could — until the crew *litearlly* had to break it down. The three Core Four members laid on the floor for hours: crying, taking pictures and cuddling in the center of the sound stage.

“We cried a lot…When we finished our last musical number, me, Sofia and Cameron — I don’t know what Booboo was doing, off somewhere, as always! — we laid on the set for the finale, until they tore it down. For like, hours. We lay down on it just to be like, ‘We don’t want this to end!’”

QUIZ: Can you match these “Descendants 3” characters to their famous fairytale parents?!
