We’re counting down the days!

In case you missed it, way back when (aka at the beginning of 2018), Grace VanderWaal announced that she’d be starring in the film adaptation of Jerry Spinelli’s coming-of-age novel “Stargirl,” and we’ve been patiently waiting for an update ever since. Luckily, the 16-year-old singer — who was crowned the winner of “America’s Got Talent” season 11 — finally took to Instagram today to reveal that her coming-soon flick is coming to Disney+ on March 13th. Get your popcorn ready!

Along with the exciting news, Grace also shared the “Stargirl” movie poster. The image features Grace, clad in a colorful ensemble, and with her ukulele poking out of her backpack, staring off into the distant desert sunset. Check it out:

“Can’t tell you how excited I am for you guys to finally see this,” she captioned the pic.
