Johnny Orlando has a lot to celebrate lately!

Just two weeks after dropping his sophomore studio EP “It’s Never Really Over,” the 17-year-old singer-songwriter officially snagged a two-peat and took home the Best Canadian Act Award at MTV’s EMAs for the second year in a row. *Throws confetti in the air*

Johnny beat out music industry megastars like Justin Bieber (who has taken home the award a handful of times in the past) and The Weeknd, and we couldn’t be prouder! To celebrate, he enjoyed a congratulatory cake in the shape of MTV’s iconic logo with his family. Check it out:

“Thank you from the bottom of my heart,” he wrote to fans on Instagram.

QUIZ: Can you match the Johnny Orlando lyrics to the “It’s Never Really Over” song they belong to?!
