We love a confident queen!

In this week’s episode of our live interview series Friends From Afar, we got deep with 16-year-old creator Brooklynne Webb (aka xoBrooklynne), who looked back on her climb to TikTok royalty (where she currently reigns over a community of nearly 8 million followers), got real about her passion for exploring creativity through makeup, gushed over being a part of Jillian Rossi‘s powerful “So What” music video, and more!

Not feeling 100% confident 100% of the time? That’s okay, too! Brooklynne might be a beacon of self-love, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t still struggle from time to time. During the interview, the wise-beyond-her-years teen reflected on her own journey to body positivity:

“I started to get less confident in myself and how I looked [when I was around 12], but I just started to combat that with just believing that I was beautiful…There are still days that I don’t feel as good about myself, but its unrealistic to be happy with yourself every single day, and that’s okay…That’s my journey, its just a lot of re-enforcing in my head…you are beautiful…get rid of that silly voice.”
