Jillian Shea Spaeder does it all!
During a recent episode of our live interview series Friends From Afar, we caught up with 18-year-old actress, artist and director Jillian Shea Spaeder to talk about her newest movie “Godmothered” (which premieres tomorrow, December 4th, on Disney+), the biggest lesson she’s taking away from 2020, when fans can expect to hear new original music, and more! Jill also gushed over working side-by-side with Lilia Buckingham on various projects, including her “Something Better” music video and their latest short film “It Counts.”
“We work very well together…we motivate each other a lot and that’s why we like working together so much,” she explained.
In case you missed it, earlier this year Lilia told us that she had Jill in mind when writing her debut novel “Influence” (which is co-written by “Pretty Little Liars” author Sara Shepard). And after chatting with Jill, it sounds like she would definitely be down to bring that character to life on screen:
“I beg her! Whenever she’s talking [about casting “Influence”]…I’m like ‘what role am I playing, which one?’ I’m here. I’m ready! In a heart beat…I would so do it!”
