JoJo Siwa Celebrates The Power Of Love & Shares Advice For LGBTQ Youth At The 2021 GLAAD Awards

LOVE. IS. AWESOME!

Just a couple months after publicaly coming out and introducing the world to her girlfriend, JoJo Siwa appeared at the 32nd Annual GLAAD Awards — which honor the representation of the LGBTQ+ community in media — to present the award for Outstanding Children’s Programming to “The Not-Too-Late Show” (accepted by none other than Elmo himself) this weekend. We couldn’t be prouder!

With a rainbow-ridden hair bow holding up her signature side ponytail, the 17-year-old social media sensation, singer, dancer, actress, author and entrepreneur gushed over her current relationship with Kylie Prew, opened up about how happy she is to be a role model for the young people looking up to her, and reminded viewers that love (of all kinds!) is beautiful and should be celebrated:

“If you want to fall in love with a girl, if you want to fall in love with a boy, if you want to fall with somebody who is a they, them or who is non-binary, that is incredible. Love is awesome. You can be in love with whoever you want to be in love with, and it should be celebrated. And amazingly, now today in the world, it is,” she gushed.

In case you missed it, here’s everything we know about “Bounce,” JoJo’s upcoming movie!
