Hey its Hayley K. here! My best friend Katie and I won the BOP and Tiger Beat “Hang Out With Allstar Weekend On Their Tour Bus” contest! What turned out to be a fun idea of making a video with my best friend turned into one of the greatest experiences that I’ll never forget.
When Katie and I found out that BOP and Tiger Beat and Allstar Weekend chose our video as a winner, we SCREAMED and called each other to discuss all of the details! We were SO HAPPY! We even started counting down the days until the concert! In the meantime, we made Allstar Weekend a gift. We have worked on a special comic book about them since sophomore year and we decided to give it to them that night! Then, the day finally came! We made it just in time and the cute VIP guy, Ricky, escorted us to the bus! When we got on the bus they were SO welcoming! We got hugs and talked about things from just about every topic — where we were from, our outfits, performing on stage, college plans and even pets! They really enjoyed our gift and they even made us do our “Mr. Wonderful” dance that we did for our video entry. We got some pretty fun pictures and autographs, too! The rest of the concert that night was AMAZING! I would like to thank BOP and Tiger Beat and Allstar Weekend for the fun opportunity! It was a dream come true and we had a blast!
