How did you get started rapping?
Brooklyn: My mom and dad had me around music since I was born. When I was 5-years-old, I performed in the school talent show and had recorded my first song by the time I was eight. I’ve always loved music! It’s always been a big part of my life.

Is there an overall message behind your music?
Brooklyn: Yes, the message is that you can make good music without suggestive lyrics or swearing. Also, I always want to inspire other young artists to believe in themselves!

What was your inspiration behind “Feeling So Wavy”?
Brooklyn: I was having a really good day in the studio and found myself blurting out “Im feeling AMAZING right now!”. The producer heard me and said, “that’s a song!”.

Do you have a favorite line of lyrics from the song?
Brooklyn: My favorite line from “Feeling So Wavy” is the first one, “I never let the hating get to me” because it’s true!

How do you want fans to feel when they watch the music video?
Brooklyn: Inspired!

What’s one thing fans would be surprised to know about shooting the music video?
Brooklyn: I almost got soaked in the waterfall. My new J’s got wet. Also the raft flipped over with me on it fully dressed. I wish we could’ve got that in camera!
