He stopped by the Ellen DeGeneres show to talk about his upcoming tour with Demi Lovato, living with big brother Joe, and his relationship status!
When Ellen asked if he was single, he couldn’t help but smirk.
“I really am,” he replied. “Yeah, I am. You don’t believe me!”
Nick couldn’t give a direct answer, but his red face implies he could be seeing someone.
