Lottie Tomlinson (Yes, the sister of One Direction’s Louis!) is only 17 years old and already taking the beauty industry by storm! Not only has she done makeup for major fashion events and runway shows, but also HUGE celebs, like Selena Gomez.
“Selena was on the X Factor in the UK at the same time as One Direction,” Lottie reveals. “We met backstage. She came to Lou Teasdale (who Lottie was completing an internship with) to ask her to do her hair. She had really long hair at the time, and it was getting all knotted up. So, I was assisting Lou with her hair, and she asked for a makeup touchup. I said, ‘Sure, I can do that!’ And she liked it.”
After meeting, Lottie and Sel kept in touch, and now Lottie is going on tour with Selena. “I’m leaving in May, and the first bit is just over two months,” Lottie spills. “The whole tour is for the rest of the year.”
