It’s no secret Anna Cathcart already has major star power!
You’ve watched the 16-year-old actress, best known for starring in the “Descendants” films and “To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before.” But there’s also a lot that you may not know about her!

1. She’s Canadian! The actress lives in Vancouver, BC, which (coincidentally!) is where she shot “Descendants 2” and “Descendants 3.”
2. She really looks up to Sofia Carson and China Anne McClain! Earlier this year, Anna told us that the two villain kid veterans took her under their wing during her first D3 dance rehearsal. Too cute!
3. She loves puns for her Instagram captions. She’s made puns about everything from sports to donuts and even the one below.

4. The Covey Sisters have a group chat! Even when they’re not on set filming the TATBILB flicks together, they still love to chat! In a recent interview with us, Anna told us that she loves keeping in touch with her on-screen sisters Lana Condor and Janel Parrish.
5. Her first acting job was PBS Kids’ Series Odd Squad. Anna started her acting career with a bang when she landed her first gig with the popular show. In one of our IGTV videos, she even showed us a Polaroid picture of her after she got the role!

6. The actress still goes to a regular school when she’s not on set. Just like the rest of us, Anna attends a normal school back home in Vancouver.
7. She absolutely loves her pet dog named Mia! During an interview with YSBnow, she spilled about her love of all dogs — and especially gushed over her own furry friend.
8. Anna loves Polaroid cameras! She dished on her passion for Polaroids during her 2018 19under19 video. Say cheese!
9. Anna’s never attended acting class. She also said in her 2018 19under19 IGTV video that she learned how to act from watching Disney Channel and Netflix. So when she’s watching TV and movies, she’s actually learning too!
10. She needs her glasses. Majorly! It’s no secret that Anna loves her slim-framed circular glasses (and we do, too). But when she’s wearing them, she actually needs them to see, and it’s not just for fashion!
11. She loves making silly videos with her friends. When she’s not working on set, she’s probably with other cast-mates making dancing videos for her Instagram Story!
12. She couldn’t help but fan-girl over Shawn Mendes. And neither can we! While she loves Shawn, during a recent interview with YSBnow, she also dished about her recent celebrity crush: Tom Holland. We can’t blame her for that, either.
13. She loves all things fairs and carnivals. Anna is enjoyed a tasty corndog and winning a water gun game in a recent Instagram Story. That sounds like a FAIRLY nice day to us!
14. She’s no stranger to the red carpet. Anna has attended some of the most star-studded award events, like the ARDY’s, the Emmys and more. She even styled her own MTV Movie and TV Awards outfit by herself, and shared the impressive factoid with fans and followers on Instagram!
