After stopping in 28 cities, 19 states and two countries over the last six weeks, Jacob Sartorius is saying goodbye to the “Left Me Hangin” tour.
The 15-year-old “Hit Me Back” singer took to social media to share a sentimental thank you video with all the fans that sang along at his shows and all the fans that supported him from home.
The video features amazing clips of Jacob tearing up the stage and driving crowds crazy during his performances. If it gives you serious FOMO, no worries: Jacob promised at the end of the montage that he’ll “be back soon.”
